Yo Alex just a quick question

How do you get your objects too bend and such in that sort of way

like what sort of tools do you use and stuff

I C4D there is a group of tools that are blue, like purplish blue. In there you'll find "bend", "twist", "melt" etc. Try to play around with those things (I think I used "twist") and see what you can do. To use those things you have to drop them in the same group where the object you want to twist is. Luck! ;)
